Mike took the lead early in race #1, but fell victim to his own aggression and crashed hard in the whoops on lap two, falling back to fifth. Brown got off the line well in both races, having trained himself to get a good jump on the dead engine-start featured at Primm. Brown still had to hunt down Soule which he did a lap later....

Another HIGH WIND WARNING will go into effect at 11 a. m. for all of Northeast Montana not included in the previous warning. Around Helena, there could be some isolated rain/snow or snow showers through the day and temps dropping to around 30 if not down into the 20s in the evening. This last high wind warning is due to expire at 11 p. m. This disturbance is racing through Montana, but will still provide some moisture later tonight and into Thursday. Sustained winds of 30-40 mph and gusting to 60 mph are possible as this disturbance moves through.
